Martin has over 30 years of equity fund management and investment analysis experience. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of AIMR. He has managed US Equity, International Growth and UK high yield funds at Robert Fleming and thereafter at Guardian Royal Exchange. He has held analyst positions at Leopold Joseph, where he was Head of Research and more recently at Prudential Bache.
By his own admission, he is a born competitor with a love of sport. Tennis is the family sport (his parents played in over 20 Wimbledon Championships), though he peaked at 14 winning the Middlesex under 15s. In recent years, tennis has taken a back seat to a new passion of dancing, anything but disco, winning the male 40+ line dance world title in 2005.
