Internship vacancies

Mining Sector

Working within our Mining team based near Chancery Lane, you'll have discrete responsibility for delivering a series of research projects within the sector. This is an especially exciting opportunity to work within equity research as there is a distinct possibility that it will lead to a full-time hire as a Junior Analyst within Edison's Mining sector team.

We welcome:

• A good academic record in earth science, economics or accountancy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Modelling of earth or financial systems would be a distinct advantage
• A team player with independent thinking
• A strong personal work ethic
• Previous vacation work experience
• Right to work in the UK

Investor Access

Our client-facing Investor Access team brings together Edison's research clients with potential investors in the private client broking community. At Edison, our ability to produce high calibre, independent research and deliver it to our readership population is reliant upon our best in class distribution function. These areas of our business work together to ensure that our research reaches the right audience at the right time.

Responsible for delivering an essential research project, we are looking for someone who:

• Has a keen interest in the financial services industry, marketing or investor relations
• Is client focused, and loves interacting with people
• Has a polished telephone manner, a keen eye for detail and the ability to organise like a whirlwind
• A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A thirst for knowledge and sourcing information
