Punt on the punters While the full year results make fairly dismal reading the TurfTV joint venture has successfully gatecrashed the monopoly UK racing media rights environment. Most of the major bookmakers have signed up and the 50%-owned venture has over £30m of deferred revenue. This leaves the balance sheet in a strong position and, in our view, a market capitalisation that does not reflect the potential of this new venture.
