Boom boom! Boomerang, the Cardiff-based independent TV production company, has reported strong growth in first half profits and successful recommissions from C4 and S4C. The group has grown organically and by acquisition and now produces a wide variety of programming, diversifying risk. It has excellent prospects for continued growth, both as a result of Ofcom quotas for independent programming sourced from outside the M25 and from opportunities to exploit content rights and new media.
