Cash generation potential Careforce reported preliminary results in line with previously announced reduced guidance on 7 November. Despite some further downward risk to the consensus estimate from constrained Local Authority spending and the potential of additional supply from the new Work and Families Act 2006, we believe this stock is attractively priced.
