Growth continues
The group produced encouraging H1 results, considering the economic backdrop, with revenues up 45%, helped by two recent acquisitions. In addition the group has announced a £1m fund-raising to accelerate investment in Asia, where growth prospects are particularly strong. We have reduced our forecasts to reflect the economic uncertainty and higher costs but we continue to believe the company has a market position and business model capable of delivering a valuation of over £50m.

Over the last six years, management has developed FFastFill’s technology into a pure SaaS solution for exchange-traded derivate traders within banks. Its service and economic proposition has helped the group take market share and build a contracted revenue pipeline of over £11m. The software platform and business model is highly scalable and, given the market requirements and scope to expand application delivery to existing and new customers, we believe the company has a medium-term opportunity to grow the capitalisation to c £50m.
