Relentless growth i-mate is rapidly moving ahead in the fast growing voice and data device market, based on its own design brand range uniquely exploiting the Microsoft Windows Mobile operating system. The full year results to March 2006 confirmed the growth foreseen at the IPO in September 2005. Prospects for the current year are for further strong growth in shipments, with the impact of the investment programme slowing profits in the first half year, but leading to a very strong second half as the benefits flow through.
