Investment summary
After the drilling of ADX's Sidi Dhaher-1 exploration well, revised mapping and volume calculations now put the contingent OIP resource at 51mmbls. The well was completed to preserve well bore; it is now suspended awaiting testing operations that we expect to start once ADX has secured a more appropriately-sized rig, which will then allow the company to estimate recovery factors. ADX has been carried for all drilling costs for Sidi Dhaher-1 as part of its 60% farm-down to partners Gulfsands, Xstate and Verus Investments. Additionally ADX completed a A$2m fund raise, and issued a further 25m shares, which started to trade on 23 November.
